Overview
We offer bi-weekly online basic training classes to help customers outside
the DC metro area familiarize or refresh themselves in using the various components of their Capwiz·XC sites. Each online class lasts one hour
and 30 minutes and includes a brief Q&A session to allow you to
actively learn about the critical features of our product without having
to travel.
Prerequisite
Since this program is generally geared towards new Capwiz·XC customers, there are no requirements to attend the online sessions.
Audience
Both old and new users of Capwiz·XC are welcome to attend our online basic courses. Whether you are learning for the first time or want to brush up on your skills, we look forward to having you participate.
Agenda
- Create and post a Basic Alert and Message
- Create a query in Users & Lists
- Send a quick-send message to a mailing list
- Check your reports to see e-mail message results
Online Training Schedule
This online training session is held from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm (EST).
Registration closes at 5:00pm (EST) the day before the scheduled training date.
