Capitol Advantage ranks high in 2008 Public Affairs Council Software Survey

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Capitol Advantage once again this year scored high marks for customer and product satisfaction in the 2008 Public Affairs Council Software Survey, which provides PAC members information on several leading software vendors.

“One of the continuing goals of the Public Affairs Council is to provide relevant and on-going benchmarking materials to help our members stay competitive in the political arena,” said Rikki Amos, manager of Political Involvement Programs and Grassroots and Community Involvement for PAC.

Customers of Capitol Advantage spoke highly of customer service, noting ample training opportunities, good response time, and quality 24-hour customer support.  Survey responders also complimented the simplicity and performance of Capwiz·XC, our award-winning online advocacy system.

“Anyone who's done business with Capitol Advantage knows first hand that we're extraordinarily focused and dedicated to exceptional customer service,” said Sherry Stanley Whitworth, CEO of Capitol Advantage.  “We're proud to have made top scores on the survey again this year!  This recognition allows us to share great positive feedback with our team of customer care technicians, who work hard to deliver positive experiences everyday.”

Capitol Advantage supports grassroots efforts nationwide, and has done so for more than 20 years. Our goal is to provide political power to citizens through technology and simplification of the communication process, and help direct those communications effectively through the proper channels within our government's entities and systems.

“Capitol Advantage's customer service offerings and these high customer satisfaction ratings add a dimension of value and peace of mind for government relations professionals who are current customers, and for those considering us as their vendor,” Whitworth said.  “We will never tire of hearing that folks appreciate our efforts."

More than 1,800 association, corporation and nonprofit websites currently use Capwiz·XC to power their online advocacy efforts, resulting in 17.7 million constituent messages sent to Congress in 2007.
