CMF, Capitol Advantage Release Report on Effective Use of Technology on Capitol Hill
WASHINGTON, Nov. 24, 2003 - The Congressional Management Foundation (CMF), in association with
Capitol Advantage, today released the first of four reports (see report) focused on tips and insights into effectively communicating
with lawmakers on Capitol Hill. These reports are intended to help organizations put their resources to better use in
influencing public policy debate in Congress. Sponsored by Capitol Advantage as a value-added service to its 1,200-plus customers, these
reports offer expert suggestions by CMF staff members in what does, and does not, work on Capitol Hill. The reports
also offer interesting statistics on such things as email volume to Congress, the use of personal digital assistants
