What:

Capitol Advantage, League of Women Voters and Meetup.com announce their partnership to provide the most comprehensive election education product on the Internet today. Capwiz™ Election gives voters a one-stop-shop for information on national, state and local campaigns, as well as ballot initiatives and polling locations.

Capwiz™ Election powers most of the election services for some of the nation's largest media and interest group Web sites and Internet portals, including America Online, MSN, Yahoo!, USA Today, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, C-Span and FOX. Advocacy groups, such as AARP, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Manufacturers, Wildlife Conservation Society, League of Conservation Voters, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), and American Medical Association, provide their members with this resource so all the information needed to make an educated choice, to register and to vote is easily accessible.
