Organization Signature (OrgSig) is a settings-based feature that appends a postscript to messages sent to elected officials through Capwiz·XC, allowing you the option to tie your organization name and Web site to your mail campaign.

Benefits of using OrgSig:
  • Legislative staffers will code and group together incoming messages from your organization's campaign. 
  • Staffers will more accurately gauge your organization’s influence and presence in the district.
  • Your organization's name and the size of the campaign will appear on the office’s internal mail report.
  • The default OrgSig text includes a reference to Capwiz·XC, allowing you the opportunity to take advantage of Capitol Advantage’s commitment to open and honest mail delivery.

OrgSig Post Script

Edit your OrgSig:
In the Settings section of your Capwiz·XC admin site, under the sub-heading titled “Mail Sys”, you can edit the Organization Signature text.
